Architects Geoff Case and K. ‘ZinShu’ Spock have teamed up with clients since the 1980’s on custom residential projects of all sizes and complexity. 

We bring to the drafting table a wealth of design and executive experience including large estate design, hillside home design,  construction detailing, collaboration with interior designers, and construction observation. 

Our history:
Founded by Steve Bardwell and Geoff Case, the firm was incorporated as Bardwell Case & Associates, Architects, Inc. in 1992, and reincorporated as Bardwell Case ZinShu Architects, Inc. in the year 2017.
